Coaching FAQs
-
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking process designed to help you gain clarity, build self-awareness, and take intentional action toward your goals. It's not about giving advice, it's about unlocking your potential with powerful questions, reflection, and accountability.
-
Who Do You Typically Work With?
I coach driven, self-aware professionals, often corporate professionals and leaders, who are ready to make meaningful change in their lives or careers. They may feel stuck, misaligned, or like something important is missing. Together, we clarify their vision, identify internal and external obstacles, and build a life and career with intention.
-
How is Coaching Different from Therapy or Mentoring?
Coaching focuses on the present and future. It helps you set and achieve goals, overcome mindset barriers, and move forward with intention.
Therapy often focuses on healing the past and addressing mental health concerns.
Mentoring involves guidance from someone with direct experience in your field.
In coaching, you are the expert of your life—I’m here to help you uncover insights, not to tell you what to do.
-
How Long is a Typical Coaching Engagement?
Clients typically work with me for 3 to 6 months, meeting bi-weekly.
However, I also offer one-time intensives or custom packages for specific goals.
We’ll design what works best for your journey.
-
What Can I Expect from the Coaching Process?
Expect a safe, non-judgmental space where we explore your goals, identity, values, and thought patterns. The Coaching Process guides us through:
Awareness: Noticing what's driving your current experience
Willingness: Identifying what you're ready to change
Alignment: Clarifying what truly matters
Recalibration: Shifting thoughts and patterns
Embodiment: Taking action from your authentic self
Each session is customized to your needs and growth.
-
What Topics Can We Work on in Coaching?
Common coaching topics include:
- Career transitions or pivots
- Leadership development
- Work/life alignment
- Navigating burnout or disillusionment
- Confidence and mindset work
- Decision-making and life design
- Managing relationships at work
If you're feeling called to transform, coaching creates the space to explore how.
-
Is Coaching Confidential?
Absolutely. Your sessions are 100% confidential. I follow the ICF Code of Ethics, which ensures privacy, respect, and professionalism in every session.

What Are Your Qualifications?
I am a trained transformation and executive coach, currently on the path to earning my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. I also bring years of corporate experience and real-world leadership insight, which helps me coach with both empathy and strategy.
